A gourmet product made from ground, sweet red paprika pepper pods grown in Spain. The paprika is slowly smoked and dried over wood fires. As the paprika dries, the smoky flavor is intensified. Use Durkee Smoked Paprika more sparingly than you would use a Spanish or Hungarian Style Paprika. The color of this product is deep red with a vibrant rich and smoky flavor.
